Our group recently had a discussion about actors so I decided to write a blog on the actors in our film. We plan on having a female (or male even though we would prefer a female) who is a teenager and has good acting skills. We are currently in the process of finding an actor who can perfectly fit the role and make it believable.
One of the biggest aspects we need to take into consideration when casting is the person’s schedule. If they’re always busy then it wouldn’t make sense to have them act when we need them to. The actor needs to be able to film on the night of weekends where our group is planning to shoot. They must also have transportation to the filming location. Our actor should also have background knowledge on anxiety and schizophrenia so that they can more realistically fill the role.
