Blog #14: Group Dynamics

My group started off not knowing one another but as we continued to work on projects, we got closer which could be beneficial but also harmful. Since we are closer we tend to share and express ourselves better which could be very beneficial for combining ideas. One bad thing though is that we get too comfortable and end up messing around instead of actually doing the work. We also tend to get mad at eachother sometimes if something isn’t done right. I plan to help the group improve with these flaws so that in the end we can finish this project with a great score together. Teamwork is key.
