The permanent group for the final project is now established. When choosing my group members, I had to make sure that they would work diligently and not be slacking off. I have been with this group the whole year and so far we have done very well together and learned how to cooperate and make plans. I decided that to pick these members it would be important to pick people who have a strong suite in any element in filming. For example, someone who has a strength at editing will be assigned editing and someone who is strong at lighting will be assigned lighting. this is to help combine the member’s strengths and create an amazing final product where all these elements come together.
My expectations for this project are simple. I want to make sure that everyone does whatever they are assigned correctly and well-done. This is so that the elements can join and become a good final product. I expect for us to also meet up a lot so that all the planning and filming can be done with everyone. I really hope that we end up doing well but only time will tell.
